My big plans for fifth grade

My expectations for this upcoming school year: This year I will be entering the fifth grade. I’m expecting better grades and to become a better reader.

I am really looking forward to meeting my new teachers and making new friends.

This year, my younger brother will  be going to the same school that I am in, and I’m hoping he won’t be a brat. He plays football for Abilene’s finest, and he is pretty good at it. But like all brothers and sisters, he can be worrisome sometimes.

I plan on picking up a sport this year. I like gymnastics, but this summer I picked up track. I went to a few track practices. I’m pretty good at it. Hopefully this track season I’ll get a chance to compete.

I’m really looking forward to this school year and all these accomplishments I plan on making.
