Graduation of Business Entrepreneurs Announced by West Texas Innovation Network
ABILENE, TEXAS—The West TexasInnovation Network had a graduation ceremony for the inaugural class of the FASTTRAC® NewVenture™ training program. Allmedia representatives were invited to attend. The graduation took place Friday,August 31,2012 at 11:00 at the Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Center, 400 Oak Street, Abilene, TX. The 30-hour coursewas designed to teach individuals how to successfully launch their businessideas in a group-oriented environment.In this class, participants have learned how to set realistic financialgoals, determine the unique features and benefits of their product/service andfind their target market and discover their competitive advantage. {{more}}Other topics of this course included,development of the essential framework for starting a business, identifyingpotential sources of funding.
