Dr. Lisa Rhodes is the owner of Discover Natures Healing. She received her Naturopathic Doctorate’s degree from Clayton College of Natural Health. She does consultations with people who need guidance on preventive health as well as learning how to unleash the healing power within. She has detox programs as well as biofeedback with the EPFX/ SCIO. The EPFX/ SCIO are designed to help find stagnant energy in the body and help relieve the stress. {{more}}Dr. Rhodes has been interested in health and science since she was a young girl. She has had the desire to help people with their health. In 1986 she earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Home Economics Education and became a teacher.I asked Dr. Rhodes how did she choose the field of Natural healing. She said “While teaching I met a young man with brain cancer that had decided to treat himself alternatively instead of conventionally. He taught me many things about natural health and he inspired me with his courage.” “ Later, I had three children diagnosed with ADHD and I began my search on how to help them without medication. This further broadened my knowledge of the natural health field. In 1999, I began to experience anaphylaxis attacks and went to 2 different doctors that said that I would have to have more attacks before we could figure out what was triggering them. At that point I realized that I wasn’t willing to almost die a few more times to find out why. I began to research and was divinely led to a Naturopath. I did everything that he suggested and I have not had an attack since counseling with him,” Lisa said. “At this point I decided that this is what God was leading me to do all my life and I enrolled in School at Clayton College of Natural Health.”I asked Dr. Rhodes if she could outlaw one product that affects our health what would it be? Without hesitation she said, “ hydrogenated fats and high fructose corn syrup”.I asked Dr. Rhodes to sum up what her clinic is all about.
