Ribs

That would be Renee’s Ribs a business located at the corner of South 7th and Butternut. The business has been open for 1 year but Carl who Co-owns the business with his wife Renne has cooked and managed restaurants for over 20 years.I asked Carl when did he become interested in cooking. He said that he has been passionate about good food since he was a boy. He said that at a young age he was asking his mother why she used certain ingredients to make a special dish. {{more}}Carl is pride of the food he serves he said that some of his customers say that his “ Ribs” are the best in town. He is thankful to get those types of compliments but he is aware that his reputation is being tested with each plate he serves. The Banana Pudding is special according to Carl he said no one makes it like he does.Carl would like to expand his business in the future. However for the present time he wants to serve the best food possible at a fair price. He also sees his restaurant as a place to lift up people and to encourage them.
