Art Walk June 2011

The June Art Walk was much more of a heat exhaustion test than a cool walk thru Art and Cars. But it was well worth the trip. The West Texas Photographic Society has their annual show up thru the end of July at the Contemporary Arts Center. It’s a really nice show of the talent we have in Abilene.The Car Walk has expanded to three full blocks. It’s a great time to see both the newest cars and trucks and those that time has passed by but are not forgotten but given much love and care.The Grace has some shows up but they prohibited me from going in with my camera so you’ll have to go see for yourself.{{more}}As always, there were several locations with live music on the sidewalks.Live music.
