Angry! Perhaps anger management is the solution

I continue to hear individuals say that they are angry. I am pretty sure that most of us have been angry at some point in our lives. It is natural to be upset and even disappointed at times however it’s not natural or normal to be angry for 7 years. {{more}}Anger has little upside and a lots of downside. First it’s not good for our health, anger has the potential to destroy the person that holds on to it. We probably all know someone who has literally destroyed themselves because of their bitterness. Anger can sometimes cloud one’s judgment. Have you ever said I was so mad that I couldn’t see straight? I think that’s what’s happening in the Republican Party at this time. It seems like the angrier a person is the more they go up in the polls. When anger goes unchecked it eventually gets out of control. Donald Trump and his Co-horts are just acting out what the Republican Senators and Congressmen have been doing for most of the Obama administration. The debate in Houston a few days ago showed how angry these individuals are at one another. It was pretty sad Rubio questioned Trump’s “fake school” and asked if he planned to build his border wall as he did the Trump Towers — with undocumented workers. Cruz told Trump he could “get back on your meds now.” Trump called Cruz a “basket case” and a “liar” and said Rubio was a “choke artist.”Dr. Ben Carson, well he’s certainly laid back and a very smart and gifted surgeon. He does not get many questions but when he does get one like choosing the next Supreme Court Judge his answer should be deeper than “The fruit salad of their life is what I would look at.” John Kasich has tried in all of these debates to look at the issues and for the most part has not been out of control. If the GOP expects to win anything they are going to have to do a better job ofanger management. A angry person is a scary person.
